Kazulin was jailed for five and a half years in July for organizing a protest against the reelection of President Alyaksandr Lukashenka in March.

Opposition activist Syarhey Skrabets, who was recently released from prison, said Kazulin's health had seriously declined since he went on a hunger strike four weeks ago.
