Abdullah said 16 Red Crescent workers are still missing. .
Meanwhile, gunmen stole at least $875,000 at a bank in central Baghdad today.
Also in Baghdad, the U.S. Army said a U.S. soldier died on December 18 from wounds sustained from enemy action.
