January 13, 2007 -- U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived in Jerusalem today, beginning a regional tour that will also take her to Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
The trip is aimed to revive the stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace process and also gather support for President George W. Bush's new strategy in Iraq.
In Jerusalem today, Rice reiterated that the United States will not "pull the plug" on Iraq.
