In Baghdad on January 13, Clinton said she doubted the Iraqi government would live up to promises it had made about cracking down on violence.
Clinton was due to travel to Pakistan later in the day for talks with President Pervez Musharraf. She is accompanied by fellow Democratic Senator Evan Bayh and Republican Congressman John McHugh.
