March 10, 2007 -- Mohammad Saidi, the deputy head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Agency, says Iran sees no obstacles to Russia delivering fuel for its first nuclear power plant by the end of March, as agreed.
Russia is helping build the Bushehr plant but says construction has been delayed because of late payments.
Iran denies that it has missed payments.
Iranian and Russian officials failed to resolve the financial dispute at talks this week in Moscow but are due to meet again next week in Tehran.
The United States is pressuring Russia to stop building the plant.
