My Husband Andrei Sakharov

Andrei Sakharov, often called the father of the Soviet hydrogen bomb, was also the most famous Soviet dissident. After years of exile in Gorki, he was allowed under glasnost to return to Moscow and was elected a member of the People's Congress.
