Chechen Woman, 116, Is Thought To Be World's Oldest Person

Kesi Karuyeva was born on January 5, 1895, according to her passport, making her the oldest person alive at 116. RFE/RL's North Caucasus Service spoke to the villager in the Chechen town of Goity about some of her experiences, including the Stalin-era deportations of 1944.
