Albright, Dylan Receive Highest U.S Honor

U.S. President Barack Obama has presented the United States’ highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, to 13 recipients at a White House ceremony. The honorees include former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, astronaut and former Senator John Glenn, and musician Bob Dylan. (Reuters video)
