Self-Immolation Attempt Causes Fire At United Russia Office

Emergency workers rushed to put out a blaze at the offices of the ruling United Russia party in Novosibirsk after a woman set herself on fire there. Officials said the woman, who was hospitalized with burns over 90 percent of her body, was apparently angry over a legal dispute with a construction firm. (Reuters video)
