Lukashenka: Proud To Be A Dictator

In an interview with Reuters at the presidential residence in Minsk, Belarusian President Alyaksandr Lukashenka expressed pride in his reputation as the "last and only dictator in Europe." Lukashenka also rejected Western criticism of his policies and referred to plans to play ice hockey with Vladimir Putin, saying the Russian president suffered a back injury in a recent "wrestling" match.
