Neighbors Complain About Noisy 'Donkey' In Kyiv

Russian comedian Sergei Svetlakov has opened an Uzbek restaurant in Kyiv, called "The Donkey." It's a popular destination, but neighbors say that noise, odors, security cameras, and flashing signs are disrupting the neighborhood. (RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service)
