Crews Shore Up Riverbanks On Russian-Chinese Border

Emergency crews in the Chinese city of Tongjiang were working to reinforce riverbanks against flooding as water levels rose along the border with Russia. Chinese state broadcaster CCTV reported that 85 people have died and 105 are missing in the region, where tourism and imports have also been impacted by the floods. (CCTV via Reuters)
