Defiant Yanukovych Says He'll Return To Kyiv

In a short statement from Rostov-on-Donu, in Russia, ousted Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych says he is still the country's sole legitimate leader and commander in chief, adding that he intends to return to Kyiv as "circumstances permit."
