Obama Expands U.S. Sanctions On Russians Over Ukraine

U.S. President Barack Obama on March 20 announced further sanctions against prominent Russians and an executive order that clears the way for possible sanctions on key sectors of the Russian economy in response to Moscow's effort to annex the Ukrainian region of Crimea.
