Shelling killed at least three people in the Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk late on February 1. Authorities say an Iskander-K missile fired by Russian forces hit a four-story apartment building in the city in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region. Early on February 2, some 20 people were reported wounded as the search for possible survivors continued.
