YEREVAN -- Armenia's nationalist Dashnaktsutyun party is warning President Serzh Sarkisian against signing a deal with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, on the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh, RFE/RL's Armenian Service reports.
A senior Dashnaktsutyun official said the party will call for Sarkisian's resignation if he does not seek "drastic change" in the negotiations and signs "the document that is being proposed."
Sarkisian is in Moscow for talks with Aliyev.

Last week, the presidents of France, Russia, and the United States -- the three countries that co-head the Minsk Group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) -- issued a joint statement urging the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents "to resolve the few differences remaining between them and finalize their agreement" on the disputed territory.
Earlier this week, the Dashnaktsutyun party demanded the resignation of Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandian.
The party has also prepared a letter addressed to the American, French, and Russian ambassadors to Armenia informing them of "the deepest disappointment of Armenians around the world with the unjustified and groundless pressure of the Minsk Group...countries on Armenia for the purpose of imposing unilateral and dangerous concessions in the issue of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict."
