Reports from northwestern Pakistan say two suspected U.S. missiles destroyed a Taliban compound in the North Waziristan tribal region today, killing 10 people.
The strike took place in Inzarkas village, west of Miranshah, North Waziristan's main town. There was no information about the identity of those killed.
The United States has used missiles to target militant hide-outs in the region, a hotbed for Al-Qaeda and Taliban militants on the Afghan border, dozens of times in recent months.
