British Prime Minister David Cameron, wrapping up a two-day visit to Beijing, is delivering a speech on November 10, in which he is expected to call for more political freedoms in China.
According to excerpts released by his office, in his speech to students at Peking University Cameron will say that economic and political progress should "go in step together."
Cameron led a delegation of some 50 business leaders to China and oversaw the signing of trade deals worth an estimated $50 billion.
