The European Union has condemned an attack in which an explosive device was thrown at a building housing the EU envoy's office in Kosovo.
The blast on the evening of November 14 shattered windows and damaged some cars, but no injuries were reported.
France, the holder of the EU's rotating presidency, said in a statement that the EU "firmly condemns" the attack in front of the office of the European Union special representative to Kosovo.
It said the EU remains determined to work toward establishing the rule of law in Kosovo, and will continue with the EU's police and justice mission in the territory.
Kosovo's ethnic Albanian leadership earlier this week rejected an amended United Nations plan on the deployment of the EU mission. The leadership rejects proposed arrangements for the EU mission in areas dominated by Kosovo's Serbian minority.
