BAGHDAD -- Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki has arrived in Baghdad to begin a two-day visit that reportedly will include talks on security and border issues.
Mottaki is to meet Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari as well as President Jalal Talabani and other officials.
Iranian troops have been stationed near Iraq's al-Fakkah oil field along the two countries' disputed border since an incident in mid-December.
Iraqis in several cities have held demonstrations demanding their government take action.
Iranian state television said Mottaki would discuss bilateral matters including security cooperation and border problems.
