MOSCOW -- Dozens of people have gathered in front of the State Duma in Moscow to express their support for the former leaders of Yukos, RFE/RL's Russian Service reports.
The action was organized by the "My" (We) youth movement and supporters of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev.
The two are accused of tax evasion and embezzling oil while they were running the now-bankrupt Yukos Oil Corporation.
The Khamovnichesky Court in Moscow is currently reviewing their case.
Khodorkovsky and Lebedev were convicted for financial crimes in a 2004 trial, and are now facing a new round of charges.
