Times Square Car Bomb Suspect Indicted In NYC

The suspect in the failed New York City Times Square bombing plot has been formally charged.

Faisal Shahzad was charged with 10 counts, including attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.

The Pakistan-born U.S. citizen is accused of parking a vehicle containing a crude car bomb in midtown Manhattan on May 1.

He faces life in prison if convicted.
