Yelena Romanova (aka Blinova), an opposition activist from Russia's Republic of Chuvashia in the Volga region, has fled the country after being sentenced in April to two years of correctional work and docked 10 percent of her salary on a charge of being a member of the Artpodgotovka (Artillery Bombardment) movement, which was labeled as extremist and banned in 2017.
