A suicide bomber riding a bicycle has targeted a police bus in Kabul, killing two people.
Afghan Interior Ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said the attacker on January 12 detonated his explosives on the Jalalabad road, killing a police officer and a civilian employee of a police training center.
Kabul police spokesman Hashmat Stanikzai said the bus was carrying police officers on their way home.
At least four other people were injured.
The Jalalabad road is a main route out of the Afghan capital and a regular scene of Taliban militant attacks in recent years.
