Kabul Suicide Attack Kills Dozens

At least 31 people died on April 22 as a suicide bomber targeted a crowd of people outside a voter registration center in Kabul. The people were lining up to pick up national identification cards. The Islamic State militant group claimed responsibility for the attack.
