Aftermath Of Another Deadly Strike In Ukraine's Kharkiv

Emergency workers remove the body of a 10-year-old boy. Tymofii, who was killed in the strike that hit a multistory building in central Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov and regional Governor Oleh Synyehubov said on October 6.

"The child was found under the rubble of a residential building. Unfortunately dead. Condolences to the parents and relatives," Terekhov wrote on Telegram.

The attack comes less than 24 hours after another deadly missile strike in Ukraine's northeast that killed at least 50 people while they were attending a wake.

Moscow denies deliberately targeting civilians, but many have been killed in attacks that have hit residential areas as well as energy, defense, port, grain and other facilities.

A residential building in the city center of Kharkiv, in eastern Ukraine, was struck by a Russian missile, killing a 10-year-old boy and injuring 16, Ukraine's interior minister said on October 6.
