Police say 49 people have been confirmed killed in a commuter train crash at a station in the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires.
Some 600 were reported wounded when the packed train on February 22 slammed into the barrier at the end of the station platform at about 20 kilometers per hour, destroying the front of the engine and crunching the carriages behind it.
Dozens of people are believed to still be trapped in the wreckage.
In September, 11 people died and over 200 were injured when a train crashed into a bus in Buenos Aires.
