Armored Vehicles With Russian Flags Enter Slovyansk

Armored military vehicles bearing the Russian flag drove into the eastern Ukrainian city of Slovyansk on April 16. The vehicles, carrying armed men dressed in different types of battle fatigues, stopped outside the Slovyansk city hall, which has for several days been occupied by pro-Russian separatists.
