Polls Open In Belarus

Belarusians have started voting in an election that is certain to deliver a fresh five-year term to longstanding President Alyaksandr Lukashenka. None of the three candidates standing against him has a serious chance of winning, and other opposition leaders have called for a boycott of an election they say is not free or fair. (Reuters)
