Belarus has denied entry to a Lithuanian television journalist after blacklisting the longtime Minsk correspondent.
Journalist Ruta Lankininkaite said that at the border she was told she was "persona non grata and my visa was annulled."
Lankininkaite, who had accreditation from Belarus until 2012, said she thought her reports about opposition activities in Belarus were the reason for the move.
Lithuania's Foreign Ministry said it would summon Belarus's ambassador, Uladzimer Drazhin, "to explain the incident."
Lithuania recently turned Belarus's deputy justice minister away at the border after finding her on a list of persons banned from entering the European Union due to the bloc's sanctions against Minsk.
