An analyst at investigative journalism outlet Bellingcat says gait-recognition technology could identify an alleged hit man caught on film in Bulgaria in 2015. Christo Grozev says they believe it is a top Russian intelligence officer who purportedly commanded the team that tried to assassinate Sergei Skripal in Britain three years later.
