Biden On Afghanistan: Time To Bring Troops Home

U.S. President Joe Biden has reiterated his intention to end the U.S. war presence in Afghanistan. In a presidential address to Congress marking his first 100 days in office, Biden said on April 28: "We degraded the terrorist threat of Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. And after 20 years of valor and sacrifice, it is time to bring those troops home."
