Iran: President Mahmud Ahmadinejad is to give a press conference covering Iran's economy and its controversial nuclear program.

Moldova: Moldovan Central Election Commission expected to release final results from the November 28 parliamentary elections.

Russia
: 17th International Russian Banking Forum starts in London (to December 2).


TUESDAY, November 30:

Afghanistan: First International Conference on Investment in Afghanistan opens in Dubai.

Kazakhstan: U.S. Secretary Hillary Clinton travels to Astana to attend the Summit of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) as head of the U.S. delegation.

Russia: Russian President Dmitry Medvedev makes annual address to parliament.


WEDNESDAY, December 1:


CSTO: Belarus takes over as chairman of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

: Astana hosts the OSCE Summit of Heads of State or Government of the 56 OSCE participating states and partner countries (to December 2).

THURSDAY, December 2:
