OSCE: Warsaw hosts the largest annual human rights gathering in Europe - The OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (to October 7).

Armenia/France: Armenian President Serzh Sarkisian to visit Paris.
Ukraine: Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko's trial to resume in Kyiv.

Pakistan/India: Trade Ministers of India and Pakistan due to meet in New Delhi.

Norway: The 2011 Rafto Prize winner to be announced at a press conference at the Rafto Human Rights House in Bergen.
