MONDAY, November 28:
Armenia: A session of the CIS inter-religious council opens in Yerevan (to November 29).
Armenia: EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Philippe Lefort and the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs - Robert Bradtke, Igor Popov, and Bernard Fassier - are scheduled to visit Yerevan.
EU: Third annual Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum opens in Poznan, Poland (to November 30).
Russia: Moscow hosts a conference on social media (to November 29).
Ukraine: Polish President Bronilsaw Komorowski visits Kyiv to meet with Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
World: South Africa hosts UN Framework Convention on Climate Change conference, which will try to chart the future of the Kyoto Protocol (to December 9).
TUESDAY, November 29:
Armenia/Georgia: Armenian President Serzh Sarkisian visits Tbilisi (November 30).
Moldova: Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat pays an official visit to the Czech Republic (to November 30).
WEDNESDAY, November 30:
Azerbaijan: Fourth International Banking Conference of CIS countries opens in Baku (to December 3).
Balkans: Brussels hosts a meeting titled "Balkans Scorecard: Assessing The Region's Key Pointers."
Belarus: Verdict in case against two men accused of Minsk metro bombing, which killed 15 in April, to be announced in Minsk. Prosecutors have demanded the death penalty.
EU: Warsaw hosts an expert seminar on human trafficking, which covers EU countries and the countries of the Eastern Partnership.
EU/Balkans: EU's Foreign Affairs Council, chaired by EU High Representative Catherine Ashton, to discuss the situation in the Western Balkans, notably regarding Serbia and Kosovo.
