MONDAY, February 25:

Armenia: Final results of the presidential election in Armenia to be announced.

Azerbaijan/CIS: Baku hosts 16th meeting of heads of CIS state news agencies.

Georgia/Russia: A delegation from Russia’s consumer watchdog visits Georgia to inspect Georgian winemakers and mineral water producers.

G20/Russia:
The G20 Anti-Corruption Working Group holds a meeting in Moscow to discuss ways to fight corruption, extortion, and money laundering, as well as other corruption-related issues.

EU/Ukraine
: Brussels hosts an EU-Ukraine Summit.

Russia/Syria: Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem visits Moscow for talks.

UN: The Human Rights Council holds its 22nd regular meeting in Geneva (to March 22).

U.S./Russia: Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington hosts a discussion titled "Boris Rabbot and the Shestidesiatniki: The Forgotten Liberals of the 1960s."

WTO: Geneva hosts the WTO's General Council meeting (to February 26).


TUESDAY, February 26:

EU/Azerbaijan: European Policy Center in Brussels hosts a discussion titled "Azerbaijan and the EU: The road ahead?"

U.S./Russia: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov are scheduled to meet in Berlin.

Iran: Kazakhstan's Almaty hosts talks between Iran and world powers on Tehran's nuclear program.


WEDNESDAY, February 27:

EU: European Parliament plenary session begins in Brussels (to February 28).

Kyrgyzstan/Japan: Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambaev visits Tokyo (to February 28).

Russia/France: French President Francois Hollande visits Moscow, meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

U.S./Eurasia: U.S. House Committee on Foreign Affairs holds a subcommittee hearing titled "Islamist Militant Threats to Eurasia."


THURSDAY, February 28:

Russia/Serbia: Gazprom head Aleksei Miller is scheduled to visit Serbia.

Vatican: Pope Benedict XVI's resignation as head of the Catholic Church becomes effective.


FRIDAY, March 1:
