Chechen Whistle-Blower Apologizes To Kadyrov

A Chechen man has issued a public apology to the republic's leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, after he had earlier asked for Vladimir Putin's help in reining in corruption in his village. That complaint led to death threats and the destruction of his house. But Ramazan Dzhalaldinov was told he could return home if he only apologized. (RFE/RL's Current Time TV)
