Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Moscow-installed governor of the Russian-occupied Crimean port of Sevastopol, said one person was killed and four were wounded in a "massive" Ukrainian missile attack on the city on March 24. Razvozhayev said 10 missiles were shot down during the attack which he called “the most massive in recent times.” Residents reported explosions and smoke in the area of an oil depot in the village of Gvardiyske near Simferopol. The Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported explosions in Simferopol preceded by the sound of drones. Ukraine has not commented on the report.
