Czech citizens have been voting for a second day in parliamentary elections that are expected to sweep billionaire populist Andrej Babis into power and boost anti-EU parties. Two days of balloting that started on October 20 are being held to fill 200 seats in the Czech Republic's lower house of parliament. Voting wraps up on the afternoon of October 21 and results are expected later that day. (AP)
