Emirates Airline Flight From India Crash-Lands In Dubai

An Emirates Airline flight from India crash-landed at Dubai International Airport on August 3, the Dubai government said. Amateur video taken from the airport terminal showed an explosion and then a thick black plume of smoke rising from the top of a burning plane. All 300 passengers and crew on the Boeing 777 -- Flight EK521 from Thiruvananthapuram -- were evacuated safely. All traffic was halted at the Middle East's busiest airport.
