In Kyiv, U.S. Congressman Urges Russia To Implement Ukraine Agreement

U.S. Representative Ed Royce, the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, says Russia needs to take action to enforce a recent international agreement to de-escalate tensions in Ukraine. Royce told RFE/RL in Kyiv that Russian speakers, who talked to members of a U.S. congressional delegation in Ukraine's east, wanted independence for their country and looked forward to the upcoming presidential election.
