Estonian Prime Minister On Ukraine: 'NATO Membership Is The Only Security Guarantee'

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has said that NATO membership for Ukraine "is the only security guarantee and the cheapest security guarantee that there is." Kallas was speaking on July 4 in a wide-ranging interview with RFE/RL in the Estonian capital, Tallinn, one week ahead of a crucial NATO summit in Vilnius in which the military alliance is facing difficult decisions on what to offer Ukraine.
