Afghanistan, Human Rights, Energy, COVID-19 On Agenda At EU-Central Asia Meeting

The European Union's high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, Josep Borrell, met with foreign ministers from the five countries in Central Asia in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe. The November 22 meeting focused on security issues in the region following the Taliban takeover of neighboring Afghanistan in August.
