Reports from Paris say Carla Bruni, the wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, has given birth to a baby girl.
The 43-year-old French first lady and supermodel is reported to have given birth late on October 19 at a private clinic in the French capital. The baby's name was not immediately released.
