Officials say a bomb hidden in a fuel truck has killed at least 10 people in northern Afghanistan.
The explosion happened in Parwan province. Provincial officials said a magnet bomb stuck on the side of the tanker blasted a hole in it, and people approached the tanker to collect leaking fuel.
A second powerful blast followed, but it was not immediately known what caused that explosion.
Provincial governor Abdul Basir Salangi said at least 10 civilians were killed and 15 others injured.
Some of the injured people suffered serious burns and were in a critical condition in hospital.
