Georgia's pro-Western opposition leaders say they will not recognize the results of the country's parliamentary elections on October 26, claiming the pivotal vote was "stolen." The country's ruling Georgian Dream party won just over 54 percent of the vote, according to the Central Election Commission's preliminary results. Georgia's opposition parties received around 37 percent of the vote, according to the election commission.
