German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock on November 24 called Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure an "intolerable, inhumane crime" and said the German presidency will invite G7 members at a meeting next week in Bucharest "to initiate further support for Ukraine's energy supply" as winter approaches.
