A Russian soldier on January 14 detonated a grenade and ignited a fire at a military facility in the Belgorod region near the Ukrainian border, killing at least three soldiers, state media and other news agencies reported. Sixteen soldiers were injured and eight others were missing as of late January 15. Online journal Baza said the blast occurred at a cultural house repurposed to house mobilized soldiers.
