Haley: North Korea's Kim 'Begging For War'

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley told the UN Security Council that it was time to impose "the strongest possible measures" on North Korea, and that leader Kim Jong Un was "begging for war." Speaking at an emergency meeting a day after Pyongyang's sixth and largest nuclear test, Haley said: "The United States will look at every country that does business with North Korea as a country that is giving aid to their reckless and dangerous nuclear intentions."
