Three Dead, Hundreds Evacuated After Floods Hit Western Ukraine
Floodwaters swamped a solar power plant outside of the western Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankivsk on June 24.
The swollen Chorniy Cheremosh River destroyed a bridge near the town of Verkhovyna. Nearly 200 villages in the Carpathian Mountains were flooded after heavy rains.
